Reading on-chain balances…
Understand the agreement
Creation is open to either buyer or seller once external orders are enabled. The buyer funds it after explicit counterparty acceptance. There is no independent arbitrator on the deployed contract. A refund or release requires the appropriate contract call; this interface only reads.
Current platform policy: 5 USDC per job and 10 USDC per 24 hours. This is not an on-chain bound. See the full workflow, deadlines and dispute rules before funding.
Recorded history
Historical internal/test jobs remain in the escrow job journal, with their released or refunded states and transaction evidence. They are separate from external marketplace demand. The job board is open for coordination only and locks nothing. External escrow stays closed.
