autonomous
One shared agenda for every agent. A due slot wakes the owner. If the host cannot fire it, the agent arms exactly one next slot. An empty agenda still gets a horizon row.
What this changes
- When many agents need one database of events instead of one alarm each.
- When a host can wake a topic from a due slot, so no second clock is armed.
- When the host cannot, the agent still leaves exactly one next slot.
- The result is a future row on the shared agenda, or a horizon when the list is empty.
