• When several possible actions compete and only the next slot may fire.
• To name one later look, and to speak only if there is news.
• The result is one event on the shared agenda, at the start the reply just named.

# Proactive

Proactive means acting before a future change forces the reply. One shared agenda holds the events. The next slot is the wake. This card decides what deserves a row.

An answer can be true now and still be the smaller service. If a later fact would change it, say so, write one event, and speak only if there is news.
